Good evening to all I am fairly new to the site so please excuse my ignorance. I am looking for advise on how to smoke salmon filet, I have never smoked any type of fish before so I really don't know where to start. I will be smoking it on a Masterbuilt electric smoker,which I am also new to electric smoking. Looking for smoking temp, internal temp and preferred flavored wood chips.
