Looking for some help planing a smoker build

I'm looking to build a smoker either a vertical or an offset. Right know I'm trying to figure out how big to make it. I'd like to.be able to fit 10 to 12 racks of baby backs. Any ideas on how big need to make it thanks

What materials are you going to use - wood, metal, brick? More information will garner more replies.

I'm planning on using steel. I've been looking for an 80 gallon air tank or a 120.gallon propane tank. So far no luck. I have a 200 gallon fuel oil barrel but I'm not sure how well it will hold the heat

A local propane distributor may be your best bet. Good luck.
