Looking for builder Western WA

Hello I live in Western Washington area and am trying to find a good builder out here to avoid having to ship something and keep the labor local. I'm looking for something along the lines of a 40/20 traditional offset or maybe up to a 100 gallon size.

I am willing to travel to northern Oregon. I'm about 45 minutes south of Seattle.
