hey there everybody i have a electric brinkman smoker (the red one) and i was wondering if anybody knows if there are heating elements out there that you can set a custom temperature on? because the brinkman smoker only goes up to 250 degrees. if anybody has any answers that would be awsome!

I've recently been looking into temperature controllers to run a draft fan. If you are at all handy and like to build stuff, check out the ta4 PID temperature controllers. There's quite a few forum posts out there about them. I'm not at all familiar with your unit, but you may be able to bypass the heating control on what you have and use one of these temperature controllers. They're very cheap, but require some electrical knowledge.
