I had a Bradley for many years and was happy with it. The pucks were a bit pricey but the invention of Amazon fixed that problem. It will not get hot enough to sear like a larger pellet grill and there will be no pink smoke rings. If you can live with those things, you'll be happy.

Bradley makes a high quality product. My personal preference was for something that used regular bagged pellets, and could sear, bake, roast, and smoke.
What do you want to use it for to get the most bang for the buck ?
It's always great to get a new piece of equipment, enjoy whatever it is you choose.

I agree with these guys. I too owned a Bradley digital 4 rack and I liked it but I have given that away to a friend when I got the pellet grill. I bet Rec Tec makes a pellet grill that will do everything the Bradley will do and then some. Pellet cooking is really good!

If you are thinking pellet grill, then as everyone above has said, go Rec Tec.
That would be my choice if I was looking at pellet grills.

However, it sounds like you are more interested in a vertical electric pellet smoker.
If that be the case, then I'd be looking at Pit Boss Copperhead Series.

Being stuck buying and using Bradley proprietary smoking pucks is just wrong.
Just my 2¢ opinion.
