I would definitely say flank steak for things like fajitas/ more mexican dishes
i really like sirloin flap meat, well trimmed. i have a couple nice ones in a marinade bag right now. marinated well, they're much more affordable than skirt
 
Still got the outside skirt in the freezer along with 7 lbs of short ribs lol been to cold to bbq. Will update when i get it done.
