Its been awhile since i've smoked or posted. Got some time today so I put on a but and 2 racks of ribs. I hope I can remeber how to use my smoker.

Quick question for ya. How long will apple jucie and burbon keep mixed together? I made some up awhile back and was wondering if it would still be safe to use.

Looks good, I always keep my aj mix in the fridge, and have no problem with it going bad.

I have found that if you go a long time between smokes, its good to check the spray/mop. If it goes bad it gets a slight fuzzy look to it, or like real loose strands of cotton. Time to toss. I have been lucky/addicted enough to use mine up every weekend!

I really never save my spay, it's cheap enough to replace rather then to take a chance. As far as forgetting how to use your smoker, from the looks of that "thin blue smoke" you still got it.
