Found the pot...cut the bottom out...installed hardware...waiting for temp gauge (be here tomorrow)...burn in tomorrow night...ribs on Saturday...can't wait.

Put the little guy through it's paces today...7# picnic, tried to keep it at about 260 but the temp wandered a lot. Still looks good to me. Sittin at 185 right now.

Don't ya just love the color that has developed inside the smoker ??  It makes everything look delish...  Dave
