Is that the Spanish sausages book? I plan on getting that as well after I read this one and try a few recipes.
 
No that's the Home production of quality meats and sausages . Has great info and formulas are for 2 lb batches . I just wonder how much of the info is the same or all ready included between these two books ? The one you just bought and this one I have .

If I counted correctly, 123 variations of the different types of sausage...
Taken from Government records 1945-1989...
Blood, brain, jowl, liver, head, salami, ring etc...
