Thanks! Yeah, insurance got a little bump!Congrats to the young man!
Bet your insurance agent is smiling too lol. Mine sure was!
Thanks Chris! It will be interesting!
Thank you, it kinda hit the night before on our way to practice. I looked over and said "this is probably the last time I ever take you to practice" then he said "well until I get a DUI"...........the things that come out of my childrens mouths!Congrats my guy. From one original ohioan to another, has to be a proud/weird day for yourself!
Thanks Colin! He gets his brothers hand me down 2003 s-10. AKA the "red rocket"! This is the third son to drive it!Congratulations to that handsome young man. He will have to beat the women off with a stick as he cruises down the street. What is his first ride going to be, that he can call his own?
Congrats to you to, dad.
Will do! Truck guy! Will be driving his s-10 until after he graduates and starts his apprenticeship! All he talks about is square bodies (makes me proud lol)Congratulate the young man. Is he a car or truck guy?
Well, once he is on his own insurance, Ill get him your info........I have a 700 HP Mustang for sale if he’s interested!

Thanks lol! I bet that ss in the name is going to make your insurance agent smile! My first vehicle was an 83 chevy s-10 blazer. Fun little ride that could haul a bunch of people and go about anywhere....well as long as you brought enough oil! It was considered a utility vehicle which made the insurance pretty low. In fact, the agent told my dad the only lower rate was on something like a 78 dodge station wagon lol!Congrats! I'll have to remember to avoid ohio when we drive to Florida from Michigan (lol).
My wife has a 2008 chevy Monte Carlo SS in the garage for our son. Lucky him, my first car was a shit box 1975 dodge dart swinger sport coup that looked as good as it ran.
3 carbs......sounds thirsty! My first car was a ‘58 Chevy covered in bondo, but it had a 348 with 3-2 barrel carbs. I put a 4 speed tranny in it & that was Judy’s & my ride!

Same block as a 409, but less HP. Not a lot of rpm’s, but the torque was unbelievable. When you got on it the whole left side of the car would lift up. Or maybe it was the right side, been a while!3 carbs......sounds thirsty! You dont hear a whole lot about those 348's but from what Ive heard they were a real powerhouse!
