Been on this forum for about a year now trying to learn as I smoke and want to thank everyone for all the great info.

I live on the dry side of Oregon but, not from here. From the east coast and miss all the great food.

I am smoking on a GMG Daniel Boone and really enjoy it. No real experience before my GMG which I got about a year ago.

Trying to convert the wife to enjoy better qualit meat and not shoe leather.
