Hi guys. I've been lurking and reading here for some time. Finally decided to register and start following some threads.
I've been looking at building a new rig....I have a UDS that I love, and a gas rig that I'm about to salvage parts off of and throw the rest away, along with a cheapo gas grill. I'm tired of replacing the thing every few years or so. We use a grill at least several times a week in the summer especially, and I have been gathering parts and pieces for some time. I have a mental picture of a offset smoker/grill combo, if I can make it work. Or at least a grill, then do another smoker later on.
Lots of innovative ideas here. I'll be reading and trying to steal what I can!
