Hello everyone.  I have been a member for a couple years, and with all of the information on this site, I have never really felt the need to post, however, I saw a jelly recipe today that really made it hard to resist. So I thought I should say hello, and also say thank you to all of the great people of this forum and all of the great food that I have been able to prepare due to your posts.
