loins and fatties going in with amnps

I have 3 loins and 2 fatties im doing tomm. I use the amnps for smoke. My question is seing how both of these are relatively short smokes would it make sense to light both ends of the amnps? I do plan on using hicory or pecan. I'm thinking 3ish hrs of cook time, didn't know if one lit end would give me enough smoke flavor or even possibly lighting the other end half way through the cook. Ideas?

What smoker are you using it in?

What temp?

I only light (1) side of the pellets and it's plenty of smoke.

Its an electric 30inch smoke hollow. I'm thinking like 250 temp

One side is enough for me.

You really get ample smoke off 1 side with the pellets.

If you don't think it's enough you can always light the other side after it's been smoking for a while.

i dont think it would b a good thing 2 do will your smoker not get 2 hot and start grilling lol
