Nice day for some qn guess i will do a pork loin for a friends bday along with chicken, brats, and some stinky fish lol

BTW...you probably know this already but that loin is done when it hits 145!

That is a real beauty!  The bird legs look good too!

man this was great i wrapd it in foil to rest for a hr it was so juice and tender bday girl loved it
