Is there a member's list or way to search to tell who's in the local area?  We've tried to get folks together for a gathering but it's kinda hit or miss as quickly as a post gets buried with all the post activity.

Ive also looked around. It would nice if there is away to find members around ones area.. atleast to throw out a PM ..

That's a good idea. I belong to a fishing forum which has many members from all over the place. Their is a place on it just for each states happenings and such. We even have a spring and fall camp in many states, these events usually draw 60-100 folks per event. Some come from several states away just to meet and great. Maybe something like that could be done here.

i haven't seen any map or locational system for members. you ain't but 250 or so miles from me. keep me in mind if you wanna try to put something together. if i'm around/available would love to get to a gathering.
