We decided to have a Smash burger Friday night. The wife and grandson made the request and I am glad they did. I decided to use Mamaw's flat iron Wagner Ware skillet on the Weber Kettle. (I made another post yesterday about my grandmothers skillet) Anyway, they turned out good. I have cooked smash burger about 4 times now. I will NEVER go back to the way I used to cook burgers.

Mamaw may never have had a smash burger, but after looking at that one I believe she would want one. You did her proud...

Point for sure

Awesome looking smash burgers! Nice CI skillet there too. Those low sides really make smashing and flipping a breeze.

Looks great!! I do them in my Blackstone griddle at times and love them. I do still love a fat half lbs burger on charcoal at times too but smashburgers with that carmalized crust are awesome.

Thank you. We love them. Easy to make as well.

Good looking burgers Hawg!! I LIKE those. Nothing like a mile-high burger to satisfy even the biggest appetite!!

Robert
Thanks Robert. I kinda got out of control with the onion, lettuce and homemade sweet/HOT! Jalapenos. Maybe should call it the Denver mile high smash burger!
