Got a 9 lb pork butt the other day; let sit for 2 days in a rub I stole from someone and added some of my own stuff.
I'm biased but it turned out pretty well.

10 hrs on 250 degrees on the pit boss and enjoyed the heck out of it!

looks great, Like the results of the pellet grill pretty well, different taste to me than a stick burner but very smooth flavor profile
