Hello ! My name is Matt.I live in elkhart Indiana! I am getting married on October 10th . I watched my dad smoke for years being a kid. And now that I'm grown and have my own place I been smoking. I recently got a masterbuilt smokehouse LP smoker two door. And I love it so far . But anyways I love this page and can't wait to discuss meats and how to smoke !
