It's Friday and that is usually Salmon or shrimp.



Smoked at 130' for about 1 1/2 hours with Apple wood chips. Poped into the broiler with butter and EVO and garlic powder and Thyme served with fettucinni with EVO and butter, garlic powder and basil and oregano and my instant Vadilia cole slaw. Picture isn't too good unless you double clik on it.

Great choice, salmon is my #1 choice when not in the mood for beef or pork.
