Looks great Mike.
Everything is too expensive anymore.
Hope you get it and a place to call home.
...
Bonus is there is a private golf course on one side ...
How close to wayward golf balls? Friends of mine on Taps Island home owners insurance was higher due to the duffers that didn't fess up it was their ball that took out the picture window.

Great looking deck, No advice as this marriage is 40+ and breaks my heart reading your story. Good luck on everything, they say things happen for a reason, I say sometimes they don't, most work out. A tall table and chairs would be great out there.

Ha! I've played that course at Lake Tapps. About 60 miles from here. Small world.
No, from what I can see, I'm close to a tee on a hole that goes parallel to the building. Little chance of someone hitting it at a 90° angle off the tee straight at me.

I agree. I'll start looking before summer is over.

LOL . I was on the T one time . Tree line to my back . Just as I was down swinging a guy walked through the trees from the next fairway . I turned my head to look , just out of sheer reaction to the noise , and drilled him right in the stomach . Dropped like a rock . He's on the ground moaning " My fault , my fault " .

Glad things are looking up for you . Seriously . Lost my wife in 2008 after 25 years . It's a tough adjustment , but I was pretty busy with kids 14 and 16 , and a demanding job to worry about it to long . At least I didn't have to move or give up my stuff .
Honestly , it's been 17 years and just now taking time for myself .
So keep going in the direction you are . It works out .

Oh , and if you see someone teeing off , be quiet . Just might be me . Lol .

Sorry to hear about your wife. That's the worst possible scenario with kids. Glad you're doing well now.

I think you're safe... I'm not planning on golfing that course anytime soon! Hard telling where my golf balls are gonna go! :emoji_blush:

Glad things are looking up Mike. Very happy for you and you starting the next chapter in your Life. Stay positive.

Sorry for the late reply. My email service has been rejecting notices again.

Years ago I was rototilling their garden and a ball hit the turf about 6' from me. D*** that would have hurt. They live on the fairway of a short hole that you have to iron drive over a tree row to make par.

Ryan beat me too it. I learned 45 years ago golf is not my sport.
