Stopped in this shop yesterday and bought a selection of kielbasa, bratwurst and knockwurst. This is a cool shop! Everything made and smoked on premises. They sell sheep and hog casings, spices etc. Will also make you sausage to your recipe/specifications, with a 10 lb minimum. They have been operating since 1939. Anyone else know of this shop?

Sounds like a cool store what do they charge you to make you version of sausage for a 10lb??

Yeah I've been there many times over the years. It's probably the last "old school" deli's left in Syracuse NY. They produce a very good product.

Hey driedstick, didn't ask about the custom prices since I have no need to try it at this time. I will ask on my next visit though.
