Ok so I am a little frustrated with my MES 40 at the moment (or am I frustrated with myself huh?) ...so lets have some fun.  Answer the next two questions.

1.  What is the weirdest thing you have ever smoked or seen smoked?

2.  What is the one smoked item you wish you could try that you haven't yet?

The worst thing I smoked was Boursin cheese it was awful the other cheeses tasted good at least.

Hhaha I have to find that post. I once watched a possum continuously sniff the bottom vent on my WSM and recoil every time his nose touched the hot vent. So did I technically smoke possum snout?

I would have to say I really want to smoke beef plate ribs, the Dino bones of all Dino bones. Problem is, I always see them at Restaurant Depot and can't pull the trigger because they are pricey and I feel like you pay for a lot of bone. The chuck short ribs are always much cheaper and come out great but the plate ribs just have that cool factor

Last night, I called one of the guys I was with that night and asked him if he remembered it. He said every time he thinks about it he almost gets sick. It wasn't the possum that made him sick, it was the el cheapo whiskey he was drinking, the possum just reminds him,of it. :sausage:

I happen to remember when NEPAS smoked Peeps while he was actually living in NE PA.

I also know they make "Peeps" in Bethlehem, PA, but I don't remember if they were from there.

Lots of laughs here guys.  I heard once you smoke fish you can never get the smell out of the smoker.  Smoked PEEPS.  WOW.

Some say that.

However I smoked 7 full MES 30 loads of Salmon over 3 months, and it never affected any of my other Smokes after that. Only smelled like Smoke after that.
