Super simple. I got some skinless chicken thighs marked down at Aldi... So open the pack and eat without delay.

Made a marinade. No pic of the ingredients, but it was a supporting cast of Soy Sauce, Rice Wine Vinegar, Mirin, Hoi Sin Sauce to thicken a bit, Sesame oil and white pepper. There is something else I can't quite remember. When you do this like I do, no need to measure anything. Each thing balances another thing. You can't fark it up.

Looks nice too. I put the fillets on skewers.

Served with a Mizuna and Arugula Salad. There was another dressing for that too, but things were getting hazy by then.
