I smoked a few leg quarters. The one in the zip lock bag where marinated in zesty itailian dressing. The others, well take a look:

Great, simple meal! Smoker temp was hot, 340-355! Hickory and apple wood smoke!
Done in an about 1:15 mins!
 
Good looking quarters Yankee, I could go for a plate.
