Leftover Ribeye for the Bear

Time to play with my food. Leftovers are a Big Part of the enjoyment !!!
This Ribeye is going to end up producing 4 meals—From One Ribeye only about 1” Thick!!

First I took the leftover Ribeye and cut enough up for a nice little Steak Sammy.
Then I took a leftover Baked Potato, and sliced it into 6 slices.
I sautéed the Baked Tater slices, and plated 3 of them.
Also I heated up the Ribeye pieces & lined them up on a roll with some Steak Sandwich sauce on it.
Put some cheese on it & heated it until the cheese melted.
So That’s One Cheesesteak with Pan Fried Baked Potato Slices.

Then the next morning I plated two Eggs, along with the remaining Ribeye Pieces & the other 3 Pan Fried Baked Tater Slices.

Last but not least, the last few pieces of Ribeye fit nicely with a couple of Eggs & the other 3 Tater Slices:

Ah yes I'm telling you that Bear is going to have to find another den this winter he's not going to fit in the old one.

Looks great as always Bear.
