So my disclaimer is that I have no pictures but I swear it happened. I did up my weekly batch of vortex chicken today. I tried a new flavor for the rub. It was sweet smoke from McCormick. Gotta day I really enjoyed it. One observation though is that it must be higher in sugar. There was a bit of charring that I don’t normally get from my vortex chicken. Not enough to ruin it but it was obvious. If you haven’t given this flavor a try I will recommend it. Stay safe everyone.
