Late weekend smoke.

So I had ribs out to do some smoking yesterday. Well the wife had different plans. So I figured id do it today after church. WRONG. I was told we have a birthday party to go too. I am determined to get these ribs smoked so here it is. Just put in in about 30 minutes ago. 1 rack of baby back and 1 rack of spares.

Here's the finished product. I tried using the mustard to hold the rub on and not sure I liked it. There is too much rub this time. Im gonna have to rethink it the next time. I liked it but the wife thinks it too spicy.
