Had to work Father’s Day. So I fired up the smoker today. Cheese stuffed pork roast, country style ribs, and smoked baked beans. Turned out pretty good. Had almost all the kids over and the littles (grand babies).
got to use the @Inkbirdbbq WiFi thermometer I won in the drawing. Worked like a charm and not hard to sync with my phone either.

forgot the plates pic....was ready to eat when it came out the smoker.

Looks like a great feed there, nice job!

how did you stuff the pork roast with cheese? I have never tried that.

@Jabiru i butterflyed it then mixed cream cheese and mozzarella. Pulled it back closed and tied with kitchen twine. Actually had some roasted red peppers and bacon I was going to put in there also. But, decided to just go with the cheese as some of my kids didn’t want them.

@smokerjim thanks! Wasn’t any leftover so I guess it went over well.
