Processed the last of my 2012 deer two days ago. Here are the pics. Tastes absolutely awesome.

The good stuff never lasts long enough.  That pic is only 1/2 the pepperoni sticks and 1/4 the jerky.  My son loved helping me along the way.  Guys at the fire station love it when I bring in the summer sausage, jerky and snack sticks.  Gotta shoot more animals I guess.

Man that is the good stuff right there. Good looking jerky and time spent with son. Life is short and kids grow up fast....take these words from a man who's boys are now 25 and 28
