Got bargain on turkey legs at BBs. $1.79 a 3 pack. Didn’t think to weigh them though. Plus some Cornell bbq sauce. Really like this on poultry.
Into frig to marinade over night flipping a few times.
Next day out of marinade & put on smoker rack. Back in frig over night to dry skin.
In the smoker at 225 with chunk of hickory. After around 4 hours with IT at 175-180.
Plated shot with stuffing balls, gravy & sugar peas. Quite a filling meal.
