last minute chicken

    hey fellow smokers,,lol

    i need to smoke more food than inticipated,,,,its the holiday,people found out i got a new smoker,,now they want to come over,,but now i need more food,,here is my scenario,,i i have 2 racks of ribs in the smoker as i type,,going to get some fatties going soon ,,but i need more food,,can i do a last minute beer can chicken,,or some boneless chicken breasts,,i need help and fast lol,,,thanks everyone i love it here.....

    I think boneless/skinless chicken breasts would be a great idea. You can smoke them the same temp as the ribs and they are usually done in a couple hours, depending on size of course.[​IMG]

    Glad to help. I usually cook chicken breasts at higher temps (275 degrees F) but I have done them at 225-250 in similar situations and they come out fine since they are skinless. Try to post the q-view if possible. [​IMG]
