Large Smoker

I currently have 6 1/2 foot by 3 foot smoker and I want to get a smoker made that is made of insulated materials and also have an electrical regulator installed. My question is what grade steel or other material will offer the insulation needed and also does anyone have any success stories for a smoker of this size?
