Despite some light sprinkling rain the Lang smoker was rolling sweet intoxicating cherry smoke today. Crazy how easy it is to crank out TBS with the Lang. Two cooks so far and I’m in love with cooking on it. Run hot at 300 -350 to get nice bite through skin. Dried the wings good then tossed in olive oil and my sugar free sweet heat bbq dry rub. Did a total of 10 lbs of wings. Served with a Boston butter lettuce salad ,green onions and a homemade bleu cheese and bacon dip / dressing. I love dipping green onions in the bleu cheese instead of celery. Thanks for looking!

Hell yeah jeff nice wings! I'm with you on the green onions. Glad to see you getting some good results on the offset. Planning on running mine non stop next weekend at the Tennessee Gathering
Wish I could have made it but not ok the cards this year. I do love the offset man it’s just so easy to get perfect smoke.

Wings .....
Carnac the Magnificent sees a truck and chainsaw in your future
Lol I paid a deposit on a truck last night the guy was to deliver this morning. He showed up and returned my deposit because the dealer sold the mew truck he was buying lol. Three months of careful shopping and perusing hundreds of ads for a clean older truck shot lol.

Look perfect

Some fine looking yardbird wings Jeff, Like. You want me to look around for trucks down here in AZ for you? There's a ton of them, no rust due to no snow, no salt on the roads. RAY

Wow Jeff!! The wings look amazing and that's got to be the most glamorous looking plate I've ever seen for something that's considered as basic as wings. Personally, I don't consider them basic though. Making the perfect wing is an art form and you sir have it dialed in. Just beautiful buddy.

Question do you. You say you toss then in oil before you cook, I’ve never done that, dies that help crisp?

Those wings look killer Jeff and I’d have no problem throwing a dozen of them down! Wings are a huge weak spot for me.

Great idea with the scallions and bleu cheese, I’m gonna try that.
