Yea i got it for home use, and entry level catering, i also went and bought my first weed burner this weekend, and have been testing it out, alot of burnt up patches in the yard, it snowed here last night, so i may build a snowman and then break out the weed burner, and melt him down, lol. About 10 more days before the toy gets here.

Yeah, I love my 60, when I ordered mine Ben told me about the upgrade that you could order for the warmer. The upgrade gives you a couple of vents from the firebox right into the warmer. I can run my smoke chamber at 225° and with the upgrade vents open I can get the warmer box up to 350°.

You think you got it bad now!! Just wait until the delivery driver calls you to let you know he is in town an less than an hour away from your house.

Word of advice-Do Not have foot surgery done the day before delivery-cuz it really sucked not being able to help unload the new toy!!

Yea i talked to him and asked him about the warmer box, did it have the ablity to cook in the warmer box also, and he said it comes standard now, the way i understood him, it was no longer a upgrade, it just came with it, i hope i understood him. Better call them and make sure. I have been smoking in a double barrel smoker i made out of 55 gal barrel's for about 4 years now, and can not wait till smoke on a real smoker.

HOT DAM!!!!! Misty w/ Lang just called me and said they are going to try and get the smoker to me before the end of this week. Thats 1 week earlier then they had planned on. They said they had a order going to socal and mine could piggyback with that one. I really wont be able to sleep now.

For Lang smokers and the service you get from them. A+ on there company and customer service.

I did the exact thing with the cardboard and compared it to the grates on my other one

. I went to meet the driver to make sure he didn't get lost and sure as heck he ended up confused in the parking lot of a grocery store, about 4 blocks where I was waiting like a little kid on Christmas morning. he called me and this was the result.





Guided him to my house and got some Pecan wood from him too.
Now let this picture bug the heck out of you for a couple days

Thanks alot, it sure isn't helping the matter any, man i can not sit still, just kidding. Did he bring you some pecan wood just for you, or did he have just extra in his truck, because i'm getting low and need some bad, and if he's got any i'll buy it all if he does. HeHeHe!!!

Now i'm just trying to figure out what to cook when i get it. I wont have enough time to get it seasoned before this weekend, have to cook for about 20 family members this weekend,so i'll have to use the ole double barrel offset smoker i made out of 55 gal drums.

I'll be posting pics with meat on it as soon as it's here and smoking.

He was hauling the wood to someone in Wyoming and he gave me a couple logs. MINE WAS 8 DAYS LATE. maybe it was for pain and suffering.

It only takes a couple hours to clean and season. Tell them to suck it up and deal with it. It is your day to play with your toy. or else just cook for yourself.................because you and I both know you will

I am just waiting for the phone call the day before he shows up, I WILL BE SICK THAT DAY. I will be calling in the day it shows up. Get it seasoned that day, and will smoke on the new Lang this weekend. I will make time if i have to stay up late. You have made my mind up.

If everything goes like it should, I should have the Lang 60 delux sitting in my driveway this saturday, man i hope, hope to be smoking on it this sunday, I'll kept you all posted, and post some pics. Ben said he will be leaving early saturday morning driving straight to me, Now, i just hope the weather holds out so he can make it.
