[Duel Fuel Smoker Lou]

had my new dual fuel smoker sitting in the box since xmas, gift from my son and his wife. No idea how to use, I'm a rotisserie guy on a propane grill, outstanding chicken quarters with small smoke box on the side... april 14 and snowing like crazy, so had time to finally put the smoker together. 67 yr old retired fella should have had time by now I guess.... too late to use today, maybe tomorrow i'll try the seasoning thing and then maybe chicken a little later,,,, glad I found this place, been reading a lot of great stories from members... glad to be one now myself.
