Fabulous Job on the ribs and the ham both look great and I'm sure that having something besides army chow is a great relief. Our son is in bagdad so he tells us that the food is there but...... I try to send him as much as I can.

Wanted to thank everyone for the wonderful responses and kind words. SMF has the BEST people and it shows every time someone has a question or displays their Q.
I would also like to thank everyone for their support of all our forces serving overseas.
I hope I have the opportunity to do another smoke or two while I'm here so I can share it with SMF. Keep posting your Q we can almost taste it.
