Hello everyone,my name is Matt and i am from sw Idaho.Right now i am smoking on a brinkman electric that i converted to propane with the help of your forums,thanks.I do alot of hunting and fishing and hope to be smoking some trout tomorrow afternoon.Right now i am doing a pork loin and some sausage.I over cooked the pork,still gettin the timing figured out.I very much enjoy all your forums and hope to learn from you guys.Sorry for the long story,hope to hear from the pros.
