Hello, I recently moved to an apartment where only electric smokers are aloud. I have a Masterbuilt electric smoker that I am learning to smoke with. I live in Northern Indiana and so far I have done a water smoked whole chicken, a dry smoked whole chicken and 4 racks of water smoked ribs in the last 3 weeks. I am looking to branch out in to more items to smoke as well as the meat. Very open to suggestions!
