I bought 7lbs of kobe brisket, my butcher gave me some beefers to cook for him and gave me a Halal ribeye as a gift.

Brisket was rubbed with Myrions recipe, no injection. The beefers with peppered cow.

Smoking in the new stick burner between 250-300. Learning, this has a steep learning curve...:grilling_smilie:

Wow, I need a new butcher! Good luck with the new toy!

Brisket is taking forever...and its already wrapped.

Looks great, nice brisket! Thanks for following thru. Much appreciated! Very nice looking smoke, thanks for posting, David.

Was it worth the premium over traditional prime?  Was it extra juicy?  I know you didn't get to try it till the next day.

I haven't been able to buy prime brisket actually, so I can't compare. But Kobe is really good.
