It is very good. We have a farm down here that has been raising them.

You get what you pay for. I don't smoke anything Kobe....to me smoking is for flavoring cheaper cuts of meat. I prepare Kobe in my kitchen with strict recipes. I also believe buying lower grades of meat at stores like Albertson's is just torture.....you live once. I'm not wealthy but I like to eat well.
