Joe ( boykjo ) sent me some seasoning to try. The directions say to use japs and cheese in them but I didnt. I will next time.

Mixed up 5 lb and rested over night.



Got my casings in water overnight.



This morning I got my kitchner stuffer ready.



Here they are stuffed and linked.





After 1 hour at 100 degrees I added smoke.



Here is 3 hours in.
