Made some KFC Chicken. Chicken just not get better than this. Brine with STTP for 5 hours. Ran lid 400. Spayed with oil after 30. Than cook 20 more. My arm in sling not stopping me from cooking.
God I love fried chicken. The only problem is that Tracy is allergic to chicken and can only get it at restaurants, which is a VERY rare happening with me doing all the cooking.
