I have struggled with pizza. I don't make it very often to get good at it. Al helped me several years ago get a good one from this kettle. Biggest thing was to run it at lower temp. The next one I did I read the gauge wrong. Thought it was cold and was hot. 5 minutes and it was burnt to a crisp. Into the bin. Than I discovered Robert's method of using the grill. It works great. I just really wanted to give this pizza oven another shot. Loaded with 2/3 chimney and four chunks hickory. One of Dominoes pizza I liked was the cheeseburger so I went with that. I had made a run to Trader Joe's this week for some of those great eggs, and Blue Cheese. Picked up some dough while I was there. Pizza came out really good!

That looks terrific Brian - nicely done! I've been thinking about one of those pizza oven attachments for my kettle...this post makes me think I may have to get one of those!
