how long can i keep pulled prok in the fridge ......or dose frezzening it hurt the meat at all ?

Freezes most excellently. Squeeze all the air out, or Vac-Pac is the best.

my wife thinks the fridge is a time machine and can keep things forever!! but for me i'll eat on pulled pork for 4-5 days then if any is left it goes out.

i need to keep it for 4 days then reheated im doing 60- pounds

that is the most i have eve done

ok i thought you just had some leftovers you were wanting to know about,freezing probably would be best would be fresher.richtee covered the best the best way to do that.

Like rich says, freeze it, warm it in either the microwave, the oven set at bout 225 with some apple juice added, er boil bags on the stove top. Just add some finishin sauce er apple juice to keep it moist. Freezin bein the best storage fer it.
Make sure ya get it over 140 an keep it there though.
