I’ve always wrapped, and want to try it some time without!

I’ve done it both ways now wrapped and unwrapped. I’ve also done them sauce and not sauce. Still can’t figure out what my favorite is. Ribs are good is the bottom line- tonight I’m gonna sauce one side and leave the other side unsauced and we’ll see what my bride says…..

But the last batch of 6 racks, I made the best ribs I have to date.
Everyone devour'd them, I was even impressed.
.
Next comp theer will be no wrap unless needed.

But hey, do what works best for you.
