I’ve done it both ways now wrapped and unwrapped. I’ve also done them sauce and not sauce. Still can’t figure out what my favorite is. Ribs are good is the bottom line- tonight I’m gonna sauce one side and leave the other side unsauced and we’ll see what my bride says…..
