Go a Masterbuilt smoker on QVC like 140
Put a rub on it I got from the Internet
Pre seasoned it for 3 hours
Let the ribs set inrefrig for12hours
Setitfor 225 for 5 hours
Full water full applewood chips
Was one 5 pd hormel St Louis rib
Good smoke good temp
But ribs were drier than the Bronco's office
5 hours seemed like a long time
So it is not set it and forget it I take
So long story short
Bad ribs and bad Super Bowl
What can I do next time ?
