Just Starting off in Baton Rouge, LA!

Hey everyone!

     I'm an LSU senior. I am originally from NC. I don't have a smoker (yet) I plan on building a UDS (Ugly Drum Smoker)! I feel like that will be a fun project, and it will give me something that I can "make mine" and learn on and have fun with. And if I love my UDS and make some good meals on it... it can become my "baby"! Let's see a bit about myself... I play drums and love music, those two things are my favorite things in the world. I like playing xbox to kill time. I love watching college sports (mainly football) and I don't think there is anything better than  tailgating all day and grilling some food before a game! I look forward to meeting everyone on here and learning from you all. I have always liked to cook and grill, but I want to make it more of a passion/ hobby. From what I've seen so far on the site it all looks SWEET! I am very excited about being on here! Anything else you wan't to know... just ask!
