We did all open fire cooking at the fall Pa gathering this year. I was asked if I had a grate for doing this and I said I did.

My antique use to have a rack that fit the frame.
It rusted out this thing traveled with us in the days of tenting and has cooked a lot of food.
It will fold flat.

old oven rack will work.

Well Peachey thought I needed to modernize so he gave me a newer model. Thanks Peachey.

So a little Sunday fun with some wings and duck breast.
Coated with Tony's Creole Seasoning.

Getting fire ready. Pear wood is the game here.

So on the fire it goes.
